Anyone under 18 must have an adult present. We can weld children who are able to sit comfortably for the sizing and welding process.

We carry over 100 styles in 14k yellow gold, 14k white gold, sterling silver, yellow gold-filled, and rose gold-filled. For mobile parties and pop-ups, we bring sterling silver and gold-filled only. 14k gold is available exclusively in the boutique.

If your chain breaks at the weld point, we offer complimentary rewelding as long as the chain is still intact. If it breaks elsewhere or is lost, a new chain purchase is required.

Yes! You can always come back to add charms to your existing bracelet, anklet, necklace, or ring.

A quick wipe with a polishing cloth keeps everything shiny. Avoid sharp tugs or snagging on clothing, especially with rings and hand chains.

Permanent jewelry is by appointment only. The boutique (shopping/gifts) is open for walk-ins Tue–Fri 12–6 & Sat 10–4. If you don’t see an appointment time that works for you, please call we may be able to accommodate.

Yes! We host in-studio and on-location private parties.
