Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
Custom, engraved, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Any extended timelines will be communicated at checkout or via email.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Linked Jewelry & Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Linked Jewelry & Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Returned or undeliverable packages may be subject to additional shipping fees before reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Linked Jewelry & Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at info@linkedboston.com.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@linkedboston.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you promptly.
In-Store Pickup
If in-store pickup is selected, customers will receive an email when their order is ready for pickup. Orders must be collected within the designated pickup timeframe communicated at checkout.
