Refund policy
At Linked Jewelry & Boutique, many of our pieces are custom-fit or made just for you. Because of this, we have the following return policy:
Permanent Jewelry
All permanent jewelry sales are final. Once a piece is custom sized and welded, it cannot be returned or refunded.
If your permanent jewelry breaks at the weld within 30 days of purchase, we are happy to re-weld it at no charge. After 30 days, re-welding is available for a small service fee.
Custom, Engraved & Made-to-Order Items
All custom, engraved, and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Ready-to-Wear Purchases (In-Store or Online)
Unworn, non-custom ready-to-wear jewelry purchased in-store or online may be eligible for a refund or exchange if:
- The return is requested within 14 days of purchase (in-store) or delivery date (online)
- The item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- The item is not marked Final Sale
For online orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@linkedboston.com within 14 days with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for the return or exchange
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Linked Jewelry & Boutique is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@linkedboston.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist promptly.
Gift Cards
All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
Private Parties & Appointments
Deposits for private parties and booked appointments are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
